Insurance & Billing

  Dental Insurance

Dental insurance plans can vary widely, and it’s common for patients to be unsure of the details of their coverage. Dental insurance is separate from medical insurance, and your benefits are determined by the agreement between your employer and the insurance carrier.

We recommend reviewing the benefits information provided by your employer so you have a clear understanding of what services are covered and what portion may be your responsibility. Coverage levels and patient portions differ depending on the specific plan selected.

Prior to treatment, our office will provide an estimate of insurance benefits based on the information supplied by your insurance company. Please note that this estimate is not a guarantee of payment. Final benefit determinations are made by the insurance carrier once the claim has been processed.

As a courtesy to our patients, we submit all insurance claims on your behalf. However, responsibility for payment remains with the patient. If the insurance payment differs from the estimate, any remaining balance will be billed accordingly, or a credit will be applied in the event of an overpayment.

Should you have any questions regarding insurance coverage, financial policies, or available financing options, we encourage you to contact our office prior to your appointment. Our team is happy to assist.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment that needs to be rescheduled. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

This policy allows us to respect our providers’ time and accommodate other patients who may be waiting for care. Thank you for your understanding.
