Our office staff is always available to help you with insurance claims and paperwork. Depending on the coverage provided by your employer, the payment portion covered for treatment can vary. We'll work with your insurance provider to make sure that your coverage meets your family's needs and budget. Each insurance company covers different amounts of the treatment done. If there is part of the treatment that is not covered, we will send you the remaining balance which you can you pay when at our office or over the phone. Kindly provide at least 48 hours notice for any appointment that needs to be rescheduled. Appointments cancelled in less than 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation charge.
